NowTV Box Error Code 014

My NowTV box had trouble connecting to the Internet. I tried everything and Googled the forums, trying the Home x5, FWD, PLAY, REW, PLAY, FWD settings page to disable ping but nothing solved it. Finally turns out it was a problem with WiFi encryption - it didn't like the latest encryption mode on the router. So reseting the router to another encryption mode solved it. Hope this helps people frustrated with this issue. It's hard to 'believe in better' when the basics don't work.
